1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between bat39 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers an account and accesses the services available through bat39.net. These Terms apply to all games, betting markets, promotions, loyalty programmes, payment services, and customer support interactions conducted through the bat39 platform.

By completing the bat39 registration process, ticking the relevant acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the Platform after any revision to these Terms has been published, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. The act of placing a wager or initiating a deposit on bat39 constitutes continued acceptance of the Terms in force at the time of that transaction.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to bat39 and the ability to register an account is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of the Player's account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bat39 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will not knowingly accept registrations from individuals below this age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online casino and sports betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and current personal information. The use of pseudonyms, fictitious names, or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an existing bat39 account. Only one account per person, per household, and per shared device is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or entity when registering or placing wagers on bat39.

bat39 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

3 Account Security

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their bat39 account credentials, including their username and password. bat39 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service or platform.

You must not share your bat39 account login credentials with any other individual. Any activity conducted through your bat39 account, whether authorised by you or not, will be treated as your own activity and you will be held responsible for the consequences of that activity, including any financial transactions initiated through your account.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your bat39 account, you must notify bat39's customer support team immediately. bat39 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing the account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

bat39 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect player data in transit. However, the security of your device and network connection remains your responsibility.

4 Deposits & Payments

bat39 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following officially supported payment channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. bat39 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered Player, bat39 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and withhold any winnings generated from the use of those funds pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed within the bat39 account dashboard and are subject to change at bat39's discretion. bat39 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to the player's bat39 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bat39 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, including but not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.

5 Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests for their available real-money PKR balance at any time through the bat39 account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible.
• bat39 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where account activity has flagged anomalies.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the operational hours and processing speeds of the receiving payment provider. bat39 targets prompt processing of withdrawal requests from its end but accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
• bat39 reserves the right to conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks on withdrawal requests and to delay or decline withdrawals that cannot pass such checks.

Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw funds while active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, with only the real-money deposit balance returned.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bat39 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spin allocations, reload offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all bat39 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Applicable wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table game wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: A Player may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: bat39 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, cancel bonus balances, and close accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies to systematically extract bonus value, or misrepresenting eligibility.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically.

7 Gaming Rules

bat39's casino games — including live dealer games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack, as well as slot titles and other electronic games — are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible to the Player within the game interface prior to and during play.

All game outcomes on bat39 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer titles, by live physical game mechanics conducted in professionally equipped studios. bat39 does not manipulate game outcomes. Independent testing laboratories audit our game studio partners' RNG systems on a regular basis.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, bat39's technical logs will be used to determine the state of the game at the point of interruption. bat39 will take reasonable steps to resolve such situations fairly, but accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

bat39 reserves the right to void any game round or bet where a software error, data feed failure, or human error has resulted in incorrect odds, payouts, or game results being displayed. Players will be notified of voided rounds and affected stakes will be returned to their bat39 wallet balance.

8 Sports Betting

bat39's sports betting product covers cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on bat39:

• Odds Accuracy: bat39 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of odds displayed on the platform. However, odds are subject to change prior to market settlement. In the event of a manifest error in published odds, bat39 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Market Settlement: Markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority. In cases of dispute, bat39's decision on settlement shall be final.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time at bat39's discretion. Bets accepted during a market suspension window may be voided.
• Maximum Winnings: bat39 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. Maximum limits are available on request from bat39 customer support.
• Bet Acceptance: bat39 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts identified as operating with an unfair advantage or exploiting pricing anomalies.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat39 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one bat39 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after funds have been used to place wagers on bat39.
• Attempting to access another player's bat39 account or interfere with the bat39 platform's technical infrastructure.

10 Responsible Gaming

bat39 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

bat39 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all players through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on continuous play session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players requiring a longer break may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months, during which they will be unable to log in to or access their bat39 account.

bat39 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any player's account where our monitoring systems indicate signs of problematic gambling behaviour. 11 Intellectual Property

All content available on bat39.net, including but not limited to the bat39 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software architecture, is the intellectual property of bat39 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bat39 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, or distributing bat39 content; creating derivative works based on bat39's intellectual property; or using bat39's brand assets in any commercial or promotional context without express written authorisation from bat39.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat39 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the bat39 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings due to technical malfunction, service interruption, or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional details displayed on the platform due to technical errors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond bat39's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or third-party service failures.

bat39's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that Player into their bat39 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Termination

A Player may close their bat39 account at any time by contacting bat39 customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

bat39 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account activity that bat39 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal obligations that require bat39 to restrict access to the platform.

Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, bat39 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, to forfeit such balances in their entirety.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bat39 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bat39 will notify active Players by publishing the updated Terms on bat39.net with a revised effective date and, where practicable, by notifying Players through their registered account communication channels.

Continued use of the bat39 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with any changes made to these Terms, they should cease using the platform and contact bat39 customer support to arrange account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat39 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and bat39 relating to these Terms or to the operation of the bat39 platform, the parties agree to seek resolution through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: The Player must first contact bat39's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. bat39 commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to bat39's licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism, details of which are available upon request from bat39 customer support.
3. Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body, as determined by bat39's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate harm. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
